Hi I tried trading the live account by going witching off the simulator, but when i traded - my profits and losses were not recorded. My account balance is still the same. Can you verify my live account is fully functional. Is there something not activated?

Your account is properly setup and we do not see any reason why you would have a problem with live trading. Just keep in mind that with the Sierra Chart Order Routing, the Account Balance can take awhile to update, so you should not worry about that.

But you should have the Profit and Loss information. Follow these instructions for viewing the Trade Activity Log data to ensure that you are not filtering out the trades that you have made:
