Dear Sierra Chart Supporter I have been using your software since 1 1/2 yeras aproximately. My broker is Stage 5 and I had the Rithmic datafeed. Now that we can no longer use Rithmic I like to switch broker and datafeed. I am a bit confused now about the options to open an account with you. Do you offer brokerage service as well or do I still need an other broker. Actually I like to use Denali datafeed with your software and the CME bundle with full oderbook. If I have to have an account with a broker, then I would change my broker to AMP Futures. Please let me know what configuration works technically best and fast. Kind regards Juerg |

Hi Juerg, we can speak about your options if you wish, when you have time; Sierra Chart is not a Futures Broker, but like CQG and Rithmic, Sierra Chart can handle the Order Routing process, we have a service that was built on top of TT. For a list of the Brokers / Clearing Firms that support the service see #2 here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartOrderRoutingServiceWithData.php#SetupInstructions |

so is there anybody who will eventually answer my questions ? there are several constellations possible. how should i know which one is working best in terms of technical purpose ? 1. sierra chart license from sierra chart + denali directly from sierra chart 2. sirrea chart license through AMP broker + denali through AMP 3. sierra chart license through sierra chart + denali from AMP 4. sierra chart license through AMP + denali directly from sierra chart since i already have the software licence through you i would like to get the danli feed also through you but if possible have the fees for datafeed subtracted from my brokers account - AMP so what are your recomendations ? |
