Alert Not Triggering

Wondering what could be the cause for this line alert to not be triggering sometimes. Picture attached shows the two working then the third not showing up in the alert manager. Thanks for any insight Doug |

It really is not possible for us to answer this question without a very involved analysis and we do not know the surrounding circumstances either like whether Sierra Chart was connected to the data feed at the time. Crossing is a complicated option that has to take into account the previous value of the Subgraph in comparison to the current value. In the case of the Volume study that you are using, it would be much better to use the Above or Above or Equal to options rather than the Crossing.
