Problem: Waiting to download historical data

Hello,

I keep getting the msg and incredibly slow to download. This for Futures (e.g.ZB)and extremely slow or never loads for stocks.

Pls help. this is too much given I am using SC data

Can confirm. I shut off the SC data feed, deleted the intraday ESU20 file, turned the SC feed back on and no historical data was downloaded.

We need to see your Message Log. Please follow these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

now, it is working again. I sent it to you as I am getting this othe timestamp. (this I opened was for ZB then Spy), I will keep this for next time this happens

On another note, stocks that split (TSLA and apple), the historical data hasn't been adjusted. everywhere else it did (IB, thinkorswim), can you please address this issue?

User968625 - We looked at the logs you sent, but they are not showing any errors. What exactly is the problem you are having? Can you send us a screenshot of the issue?

Thanks, John, as I mentioned.there was no problems once I cleared logs and then disconnected then connected data feed.

I will take an image and het logs once this happens again

We will be adjusting AAPL after the close today. TSLA is already adjusted.

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
