That is fine. If you will be using this same account then there is nothing more you need to do. If they will be issuing you a new Sierra Chart account, then please open an Account Support Ticket to have the funds moved from your existing account to your new account. Make sure you are logged in with the old account name (the one you used for this post) when you make the Account Support Ticket, so we know which account is which. i still recieve message on sc when i log in that i need to add funds to reactivate the package. knowing i changed the payment method from paying directely to paying through amp and i cannot connect to the data. |

The account that you are posting from is expired and is not associated with AMP. If you have a new account that AMP assigned you, then you need to use that new account to login to your Sierra Chart software. If you are supposed to be using this account, then let them know that this account is not associated with AMP and needs to be changed over.
