Why I have a delayed data feed

Dear all, In June I was switching from CQG to Denali data feed and SC order routing. During the last weeks I made a couple of tests in SIM mode and today I was recognizing that it says I have a delayed data feed, but everything seems to work normal. Please have a look to the picture attached. Why it is delayed when it should be realtime data? |

Additional information: Apart of that window message everything else looks like it is real time. |

after some further investigations and playing with the settings, it is now confirmed that my feed is 10min delayed. Please see attached picture. Any explanation?

have you tried to enable "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" in service settings?
