Cannot get my data feed from my server

Hello there I have one SC account(ID:15825557888) which has 3 systems activated and 2 data service account separately(CQG and GCG),but I cannot connect to my data server at the same time today on 2 systems(I opened the third(u called the additional) sc system earlier today).Can u tell me what is the problem ?? |

What ID is this?: 15825557888 For the issue you are having, refer to: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Connections And: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Licensing / Number of Systems Although you may not be able to connect to an external Data or Trading service more than once at the same time using the same external service username. That is a restriction imposed by external services and not Sierra Chart.
