Los graficos estan congelados. Ya me comunique con AMP Futuros y ellos me dijeron que llene nuevamente formulario de Sierra Chart. Ya llene formularios pero todo sigue igual son 2 dias con este problema. Es mucho tiempo sin solucion.

You really need to rely upon AMP to handle this. It sounds as though they have not authorized the data.
