After switching over to Denali for futures data, having problems with quote board updating stocks, IB is my broker. Obviously I have something setup wrong, just not sure what. It seems like if I input a new stock symbol it works but if I delete an existing symbol and then re-enter it doesn't. |

The most important thing is you are receiving the market data for the Denali Exchange Data Feed. So I opened a new Quoteboard and when I input futures I get data but when I input stocks I don't get data. It has something to do with if I had the stock in quoteboard before I switched to Denali. All of the stocks that I had before don't get current data, just all zero's. A new symbol that I never had before works properly, how do I resolve? |

Tell us one of the exact stock symbols you are using. This is definitely not related to using the Denali Exchange Data Feed. It could not be. Its working now, stocks are updating. Is there a way to not have message log open up every time I switch chartbooks? I don't need to know that historical data downloaded, it's annoying to have to close the message log every time I switch chartbooks. |
