Chartbook invalid almost every time I open Sierra Chart!!

Hello Please tell me whats wrong with your software. This error has happened too many times and it starting to p*ss me off. I have had to re-create my chartbook and re-download all my charts about 6 times already. I have the latest version of sierra (v2158 32 bit) installed so what is the problem??? Error: "The chartbook file requires a newer version of sierra chart or is not a valid chartbook" How do I rectify this problem? |

This makes no sense. We have not heard of an issue like this before. Save the Chartbook and attach it here and we will look at it.
