I've noticed a few other people raise tickets about the incorrect FX data but haven't seen an answer so sharing another post. The FX data seems to be all over the place, both in terms of the actual quotes and the charts. I've compared it with two other data feeds I use (DMA brokers) and can confirm that it is incorrect on SC. Just by way of example - EURUSD is out by about 10 pips, AUDJPY is out by about 15 pips, GBPUSD is out by about 30 pips Could we kindly have this rectified ASAP. It would also be good to know a) how this happened? and b) will the charts rectify themselves once the data feed issue is resolved? Thanks, AS |
