v2156 menu option Analysis/Build Advanced Custom Studies DLL/Build/Release All DLLs and Deny Load (and single DLL) does not appear to be working. DLL remains in use by SC.

We cannot reproduce any problem with this. Check the Message Log and see if the DLL gets unloaded. Provide us the message log from the point where the DLL is loaded to the point where you use this command and it is unloaded. We will have to add more logging to isolate the issue.
