Automated Trading did not trigger

I try to perform a trading strategy from simulation mode and the target index is CAC40 (SC Forex data->CFD->CAC40 Index).
A series of random number was given in column AA and those numbers were "independent" to CAC40. When a buy condition according to AA was satisfied, the buy entry was true but the price or volume of CAC40 may not have a new change at this time. Therefore, the buy entry was not triggered. Maybe it will be triggered later because a new price/volume of CAC40 was occurred but it was late for a period of time.

Even more unfortunately, a new price/volume of CAC40 was coming but the trading condition had returned false so the buy entry wasn't triggered.

How to solve the problem to let the buy entry be triggered immediately without waiting for the new price/volume of CAC40?

There must be some other problem because when a formula goes to TRUE in one of the buy/sell formula columns at row 3, it will trigger an alert and an order regardless of what is happening with the current price in the chart. There can be other conditions though which cause an order signal to be ignored and those are documented here:
