Hello dear support team, i have a little problem with the SierraChart feed, my time and sales is not printing, my footprint chart is not printing too, and the price is not adjusted with the order book. Only my order book is in real time. I'm using 1068 SierraChart in OEC demo account with SC future real time data feed. I'v met this problem with few symbols (FDAX, FGBL, RUSSEL, GOLD, SP500) http://imagesup.org/images12/1391426740-real-time-problem.png How can i fix it ? |

Are you using the same Sierra Chart account that you used to post this message? If so, the problem is that the Sierra Chart account and the Sierra Chart data feed subscription are expired. 1.
