Hello!

Ever since I started using the software I am noticing an graphical issue where every number on the chart goes blank. The most common are:

1) While hovering the mouse pointer on top of DOM sell or buy values.
2) While using the "Chart Value" tool to pinpoint a specific value.

The problem is only partially appearing when using your screenshot command, as you can see in the next naked NASDAQ chart. Even though I selected the chart value tool, both time and value are blank on both the side value bar and on the lower axis on the time bar.

I read all your indications for taking screenshots (thats why I sent the last one the way I did) But I want to show you the full scope of the issue and that appears only through a non propietary sierra chart screenshot, I hope you guys dont mind.

Also I attached it with the Add Edit/Attached files button.

Big fan of your Software, thank you in advance.

Are you using the OpenGL option?

First thing to do is to update Sierra Chart to the current version:
Software Download: Fast Update

Also check the Chart Values tool color settings in the Graphics Settings window.
