Ok I have switched to Sierra Chart Order Routing service with Denali and I am having same disconnect issues. A single line from the Message Log does not give us enough of a context. We need to have the last few minutes of the Message Log. Make sure your connectivity is completely wired and not wireless. Do not use a wireless connection to the router.
