FXCM Trades not Working

I was trading last week on FXCM (Dax) but this week it won't trade on any market, I get this message:

FXCM Live Trading (Standard) - DTC order update (Order reject). Info: FXCM order update (Rejected). Text: 19915;DAS 19915: ZDas Exception ORA-20001: Account is not in pool. Skip request for acct null. Text: Tag: SimpleBracket.twconfig. Internal Order ID: 110. Service Order ID: 38316. Symbol: GER30. Account: 7510150424 | 2020-08-19 07:11:39.252 *

I've been with FXCM technical support twice and they are saying it's a Sierra Chart issue.

Can you resolve please.

Can you tell us what Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service Setting >> Server is set to?

Yes that is the correct server. Based upon what we see, the account is properly assigned to the FIX connection. Reconnect to the data feed and try submitting the order:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

If there still is an issue we will ask FXCM.
