problems with OEC Trader message

Do you any idea why I am still seeing this message pop up every five seconds when I logon? Do I have to have this OEC Trader connection to make Sierra Chart work for me? I don;t trade through Sierra Chart. I do my analysis on it and then trade by logging onto OEC trader independently.

I am trying tonight to pull up intraday on NQH$, but I can;t get it to show me data past 1/24.

I downloaded the latest version (again), logged out, and logged back in. I am experiencing all of the same problems.
