Sunday Globex charts not painting

My session times are set in global symbol settings and they are correct in the individual chart settings, typically start time 08:20 end time 17:15 and evening session 18:00-08:19:59. Load weekend data is checked. The documentation says I should get weekend data with this enabled, but nothing in any charts.

I got the same today on my chart with the sunday session not loading. The bars only start to load from 00.00 hrs on monday. I deleted the data file and uploaded the new data and still the same. I have my global and instrument settings correct and I had no issues with data not loading correctly last weekend. I have 2 screen caps, one from this weekends sunday/monday session and last weeks sunday/monday session. You can see the data on the sunday session last weekend but not this weekend. My connection Rithmic

All Markets that opened at 6PM EST Sunday night have not been corrected. There is the gap indicated until midnight. This is a Sierra Chart or Rithmic problem and should be corrected. At this time those charts are worthless.

yes I agree. I have rithmic running into 2 platforms sierra and a 2nd platform with NO gaps on the 2nd platform so it looks like a sierra issue to me. The indicator values from today going into 2moro and for the week will be useless unless this is gap in data is fixed.

We see the problem and you are with Optimus Futures. The historical data for Sunday is missing. The origin of the problem has to do with a problem encountered in the Rithmic software. We will patch the data at the end of the day.

Could you let us know what markets you are looking at so we can make sure those ones are patched.

I only tested ES and NQ Eminis but I'd say most of the emini's could be the same but I can't be sure.
