how do I create this spread PLEASE

Hi, It is well documented that I am stupid re SC, but I have tried and tried, and this is so far beyond me. I also have TT which as you know is the big brother to your order routing. To create an autospreader is dead easy w TT, and once the tower(dom) is created you can make a chart. We all know TT charts are crap so I want to make this chart on SC so I can add studies etc, but I simply cannot do it. Find attached the shot of the inside of the algo, and how to do things like ADD input to a multiple, then subtract out a number. this is the formula in simple terms {1 sept ES + (2000 x sept vix)} - 391000 I am also sending shots of ladder and what the chart looks like on TT. How do I get a chart like this on SC? thank you for your help, Karen |

Custom Calculated Symbols: Instructions I believe this would be the spread u would enter. ({ESU20}+2000*{VIU20})-391000 |

Hi. I did exactly as I was told and I thought it was going to work, but when I called up the chart the window won't load. I know it's goofy but it's from my nephew and he's pretty genius. Here is screen shot. thank you so much |

ok I can't get it to work. Forget that. How do I make a simple calendar spread of the sept vix future - oct vix future. I went into global settings, went to new symbol and entered vxu2-vxq20 No dice. How can it be so difficult to make a simple spread. I know I am stupid but...Help please
