I have moved to a desktop and am no longer seeing SC exit so I am assuming that it was down to the VPS.

I have traded on the desktop successfully for a few days but today my data won't download. I have Denali data feed set up and Data Trade Services is set to 'Data SC Data Services - All Data'.

The message is Windows error code 10060 - A connection attempt failed .......

I mean Data Services is set to SC Futures order routing/data (trading)

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
