Hello Sierra support. I would appreciate someone reaching out via phone to walk me through deleting an instance of the software. I think I downloaded a second instance and don't wont to impact the computer performance. I received a self help email, but I would appreciate some help by phone. As long as you are not running that second copy, then it will not have any performance hit on your system. Sierra Chart does not run any automatic programs in the background.
