Hi support, Seeking clarity around DATA/ROUTING options available w/ Sierra. Q. Is the BUNDLED SIERRA CHART EXCHANGE DATA FEED still available to users? Information found on your website points to DENALI DATA FEED being the ONLY recommended data feed for CME Group of Exchanges. Q. If so, does SIERRA CHART ORDER ROUTING SERVICE allow connection (clearing) through Advantage Futures? Regards, |

Q1. The Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed is still available, but if you need data from the CME Group, then that comes from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. If you are using Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, then that works as your trading account for the CME to see you as a Non-Professional assuming you are a nonprofessional and not a professional.
