hello Everything has been working fine in SC, untill now. I open up SC, i load my one chartbook, And it takes forever for any data to load then gets stuck in complete {not responding} mode inside windows then the program goes to the white screen screen and windows says "program is unresponsive" and shuts down. I cannot use SC. i desperately need to fix this problem. Using the denali feed. as its trying to finish downloading data, SC "shakes" on the screen and i cannot do anything, the second i try to click anything SC crashes, please help! |

In regards to post #1, refer to 30.16: High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often: 30.16 - What to do if Sierra Chart is in a frozen state for an extended time due to extended high CPU usage caused by an automatically or manually opened Chartbook Also refer to help topic 17: Sierra Chart Unexpectedly Shutting Down | Memory Errors | Unusual Software Problems | Exception Errors | Freezing of User Interface With what you are describing, it sounds like in your case your system is unstable if you are getting an abnormal shutdown. Basically there is a performance issue within Sierra Chart based upon what you are doing and then in combination with the system instability you are running into an abnormal shutdown. That is basically how we see this. If you look on the title bar of a chart receiving the Denali Data Feed, does it say delayed?
