I have just signed up to and activated the SC real time and historical data and Eurex feed as per instructions However only one chart ZF is showing the [M]. The ZN is not and neither are any of the Eurex charts despite me deleting and downloading the data. Also I can only see intraday data for Eurex and CME going back to January 2014. Please advise as I know I'm probably missing something. Thanks |

ZF and ZN are CME symbols, so you only receive data for those symbols from the Sierra Chart Futures Data Feed when connected to one of the supported futures trading services. Refer to this page for more information about this: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php So you will need to set up a second copy of Sierra Chart connected to one of those services to receive data for those symbols . Refer to: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/MultipleServices.html To get data further back, refer to this page: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/helpdetails42.html#h42.1 If you still have difficulty, let us know the symbol. Am I right to assume I can only have one symbol connected to the [M] data feed and that for additional connections up to three there is a $20 cost? If this is the case then how do I make sure it is the FGBX or FGBL contract rather than the ZF? I still cannot see historical intraday data for any contract CME or Eurex beyond January 2014 |

Am I right to assume I can only have one symbol connected to the [M] data feed and that for additional connections up to three there is a $20 cost? No. This is not correct. If this actually were the case, why would anyone even bother to use the Sierra Chart data feed? Makes no sense.OK, you are saying you cannot see data beyond January 2014. Why would you be able to when none of those markets have even traded beyond January 31? Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. When using the SC Exchange Data service, you will not see [M] after the symbol because that service is actually the Sierra Chart Data Feed service. So there really is not any mapping which is needed.

To clarify further, I cannot see any historical data prior to the start of Jan 2014. The March FGBL, FGBX, 10yr etc were definitely trading previous to Jan 2014. I have no intraday data from last year.

There is a lot more data available than that.
