Thanks. Unzipped it in C:\SierraChart Same problem : impossible to launch SierraChart.exe This is curious cause the operating system of my VPS is clean / freshly installed and dedicated to trading only - haven’t installed crap apps. Supposedly, my Windows isn’t deteriorated |

Is there any error message displayed? Did you check the Windows Event viewer to see what the problem is.

Didn’t know where to look at in the event viewer. I resintalled Windows Server 2016 on the VPS completely. The same problem continued. Then I created a new Windows user with admin powers and from there, now it works. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-08-09 11:20:13
