having trouble connecting on sierra charts platform

I just open a amp futures account and sierra charts account I have done what is necessary to have everything in good standard when I am on the software i am trying to connect to
data feed but it gives a error message that routing/data connection error: trade account not assigned how can i fix this problem. Thanks
