I like to scan s&p 500 constituents , can't even download a weeks data of eod ( as I don't use it very often) without "max downloads exceeded". Please let me download ocassionally all be it for the 500 constitients . Thanks

You just need to change your Sierra Chart package to 5. This will give you 1500 Historical daily data requests per day. How many data requests are you doing per day now? Even at package 3 you will not have a problem with 500 requests a day. To change your Sierra Chart service package, select "Help >> Purchase / Account Management" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on "Change Service Package".
The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package.
