Hello Please see the attched image for a visual of the problem. I have tried deleting and re-downloading the data but the problem persists, and it is not just with ES but also with other symbols. I am using the SC exchange data with Denli data feed. Could you please enlighten me on how to show the issue? Thank you |

Are these charts from the same installation of Sierra Chart? It does not look like it to us. You need to be very clear with us. Why are the charts different? Actually it is clear what the issue is. The starting times of the chart bars are different. Hello Finally found the problem! I had inconsistent Session time! Now I set the start time to 23:00:00 and end time to 22:59:59 and then unchecked 'Use Evening Session'. (Chart Setting -> Main Setting) Please kindly inform if these are the correct setting. Thank you |

It depends upon the time zone you are using: Time Zone Setting You should definitely only use a US time zone for those charts. The best thing to do is to use these instructions to apply the preset Session Times in the Global Symbol settings to the chart: Global Symbol Settings: Update/Apply Symbol Settings to Charts Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
