amp fund deposit and denali

I have done the denali subscription setup and transferres funds after that I think to AMP thinking that would automatically show up on my Sierra denali account. Is this not the case? Are you able to retreive those funds from amp - it is only about 350USD. otherwise what do I have to do please to get ot from them and to you? Cheers Andy |

Sorry, but we are not setup to receive funds from AMP to put into your account. You would need to get those funds from AMP yourself and separately put funds into your Sierra Chart account.
