Hello, as of today, I am configured with SC order routing which recently replaced CQG for execution. I have my main PC connected, streaming all data with no problem - market depth historical graph and time and sales updating in real time. I connected on my laptop simultaneously, however my charts for ES appear frozen, and I don't appear to be streaming any data / time and sales. I noticed this before, where I had to close Sierra on both computers, and re-open it before I started to stream data, however on the 2nd computer, nothing. I know 2 computers are allowed, but can only one stream data at a time? |

2 computers are allowed to run Sierra Chart at the same time, but the Exchanges do not allow the same for the data. Right now, you can only have 1 computer receiving the real-time data at a time unless you pay extra for it. You can use delayed data on one: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartOrderRoutingServiceWithData.php#UsingDelayedMarketData If you want to have both systems receiving real-time data at the same time, then you would need to activate a second system for the exchange. You can do this in the section entitled Number of Systems (Computers) on this webpage: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Note that you will be charged the full amount that you are already paying for the exchanges that you have active for the second computer. Thanks. I've logged into my web based trading control panel, however it doesn't look like my current position's P/L or my average price is being reflected. Also, on my current short position, what is the significance of Price 1 and Price 2 as it relates to my buy stop loss? My current stop is set to 3307.50, however I see 2 difference prices there. And lastly, how do I set an OCO order from the web based control panel? I attached a private screenshot for you to take a look at when you had a chance. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-08-04 23:13:17

There is no Position Average Price or Profit/Loss shown with the Trade Position data we provide from TT. Regarding the Stop-Limit order, refer to: Order Types: Stop Orders on the CME The order entry form supports a Target and Stop order which will be an OCO order. But it is not possible to submit an independent OCO order without a parent order. We would have to add a form for that. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
