How can I attach the T&S window like that? It seems integrated into the DOM(not just put on top of it), I can't find the setting of this...

The Time and Sales windows is not attached to the Trade Window. The Title Bar is disabled through Settings >> Show Title Bar. Sierra Chart Support |

It is not supported to attach a Time and Sales window like that.
