Hi, I'm a paying user :). I keep getting a "Caught an unhandled exception Message 513" whenever I'm using the draw tools. I can't tell if its the Cut last Drawing tool, Draw Line Tool, or the Hand Tool. One of the three. I tried updating with no luck. I'm using Version 2144 Aug 3rd update. I have attached my chart book. This error is occurring in Replay linked to 4 charts. I have linked for all studies to be copied from Chart #7 (my main tick chart) The charts I have open are. 1. Tick chart 2k trades with Numbers Study and Candle Bar overlay 2. 5 Min Candle Chart 3. 60 Min Candle Chart 4. Daily Candle Chart Thanks for the help in advance, Ivo |

We are going to test this and determine what the issue is. Assuming it is reproducible.

We are not able to reproduce any problem. If we do a remote assistance session with you, would you be able to show us this issue?

Hi, yes I would be interested in a remote assistance session. I had a hard time recreating the issue at first but I found a way of recreating it now consistently within 5 minutes. The issue primarily starters when I'm using the "Erase Last Drawing" tool with a shortcut. At first it happened random but I just drew 15 ellipses and the error occurred before I finished deleting all of them. Let me know if the details of the remote session and I can recreate it. Thanks, Ivo |

What we have determined is that the problem relates to copying chart drawings from the same chart. So the drawings that you are drawing are getting copied back into the same chart. You did point out that particular setting in the call but we did not realize it was configured in this way. We will implement a solution to this problem in the next release.
