Hello, I have just started my trial of Sierra Charts and there are a couple of issues with which I need help and will very much appreciate your assistance: 1) The volume data in real time is incorrect and I need to click Delete and Download data to update the volume (screenshots attached from IB and also from Sierra Charts before and after delete and download data). Is there any setting I am missing? I have tried with Allow Support for Sierra Charts Data Feed and also without it but with same result. 2) Time and Sales is also missing data as I can see the complete data in TWS and DAS Trader Pro. Thank you! |

Attaching a couple of more examples, this time from Sierra Chart and Ninja Trader. Both are using the same data feed from IB. Any help will be very much appreciated as this is the only issue I am currently facing. Resolution of this issue might make me switch from DAS Trader Pro to Sierra Chart. Thank you! |

I believe Sierra Chart Exchange data feed doesn't have Level 2 data for US Equities so is your recommendation not to use Sierra Chart if level 2 data is needed for US equities? Thank you! |

Yes that is correct. However, you could also use IQ Feed for this data: DTN IQ Feed Data Service But you need to rely upon an IQ Feed program to view the Level 2 data.
