Sierra Chart subscription needs for Live Data

Hi, I took the Sierra chart subscription. I am not getting the live data. As i understand i need to subscribe for Denali data feed with CME exchange. When i tried to subscribe CME exchange Market depth, it gives me warning that i should have futures account from one of the listed brokers. My futures account is with TD Ameritrade (which is not one of the broker you have listed). At this time, i need help to proceed further and what i need to do to get the live data. Please help.
