Denali data feed problem

I am currently watching ES futures through two data sources and there is a 8 tick price difference. I think that the problem is on the denali side as the chart countdowntimer on sierra charts was also out of synch. Please advise, is there a problem? Do I need to do anything? Thanks

We are not observing any issues with the Denali feed at this time. If you are still having a problem then follow these instructions to get us your Message Log:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

problem occurred for approx 30 mins prior to regular open but I have re-started and all seems fine for now. will keep an eye on it and get back in touch if there are any further problems. thanks
