hello i am very confused in trying to add denali feed. I know IB is shit and its my only option up here where i am. I am trying to subscribe to denali feed for full Futures market depth feed when i go to activate the bundle deal, i am met with a warning saying i NEED to have a funded account connected to proceed etc. can i just pay Monthly for the denali feed inside sierra with full market depth without connecting sierra to shitty IB? the whole process is really confusing to me just trying to sub to data alone, is this not possible? thanks in advance |

Select SC - All Data in DTS Setting and subscribe to Denali. Your SC instance will display data with no trading allowed. But you'd need to connect to a full trading service (like IB) with real future account once a month to enjoy discounted market data pricing via Denali. In other words, simply switch to IB on your first logon of the month. Then switch to SC - All Data. Disconnect and reconnect. You should be all set for the rest of month. You can proceed with the exchange activation. What you want is supported but you do need to connect once a month to your trading account. Denali is for Futures. To get US Equities (and other market feeds), you need to subscribe via the (old) SC Real Time Exchange Data Feed. See https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeDataFeedFeatures Once you've done with all the subscriptions, just select SC - All Data in your DTS Setting to receive both futures and equities market feeds. |
