I am looking to place a dot or up arrow under the candle if value chart indicator dips below -4, and a down arrow or dot above the candle if it passes +4. Is it possible to color the candle too? Thanks

If you mean to color the Value Chart bar, or place an arrow on the Value Chart bar, you could also do either or both with the same spreadsheet study used to color the Value Chart bands.
