Hi, I'm getting a blank chart when trying to open an Intraday chart (1 minute), which I've tested for the SPY or IWM ETFs. The data feed I'm connected to is the SC Data - All Services feed, which I understand will provide delayed intraday data. The Daily chart works fine. I've reviewed help topic 3: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/helpdetails3.html#DelayedData, but none of these seem to solve the issue. My message log is provided below.
