Hi, I have a doubt. If I have an active order with a defined stop loss and target limit and if my internet service fails, it is damaged or there is a failure in the electrical fluid, does the order remain valid and the stop and the target are respected? In that case can I cancel the order from the trade account data and order entry, from my cell phone as an alternative? Thanks for your help. |

We see you are using the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, so the Target and Stop orders will be properly managed on the server. And you can also use the web-based trading panel to manage the whole position if you want: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartOrderRoutingServiceWithData.php#WebBasedTradingPanel Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Hello, I have the similar issue. How can I check if I do use the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service to be sure, that the Target and Stop orders will be properly managed on the server in an event of internet service fails or supply power fails ? Thank you in advance. |

As long as you are running an up-to-date version of Sierra Chart this is definitely going to be the case. The Trade Activity Log also provides information about this.
