I tried the denali feed and it was so slow nothing moved at all. Could you please tell me the last version you could use with rithmic before they changed their agreement. Also i have the service 5 package and its telling me that the rithmic is not included in my package. please help me on this

Regarding the Denali data feed: The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees. Although any CME (Not CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX) specific symbol you should be receiving real-time data on because you have activated the CME professional exchange.
