why is the cl slow to open about 10 minutes slow

We have made a formal decision that we no longer want you as a customer. We are terminating further support for you. With the amount of support we have provided you over the months we are not doing a refund. We have a good solution for you involving our new Sierra Chart order routing service but you want to stay with Transact and that is fine but we do not want you as a customer. We cannot provide you an inordinate amount of support. We have told you multiple times, to use our Sierra Chart order routing service but you consistently decline.
