Hello! I'm new to Sierra. My broker is Gain Capital. I have package 3. My problem is that I cannot see historical Intraday data. (only from the last day). Let me know please What do I need to do to see this data? Thanks in advance, Alon Maximov |

There is a notice about this when you start Sierra Chart. You need to change the Advanced Service Package. To see the message select Help >> Open System Message in Browser.

Hello, I upgraded from package 3 to package 5 as recommended. Unfortunately the data is still very partial. I would be happy if you could guide me on what to do so that I can see the data properly ... Thanks in advance, Alon Maximov |

First we want you to restart Sierra Chart and then do the following: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".
