I am logging alerts but I have tried everything to get an email or text and I'm unable. I tried 712XXXXXXX@vtext.com I tried a gmail account and my regular account. |

You should not have trouble with a Gmail email address but the email delivery could be delayed on Gmail which means you may not get the emails until significantly later due to Gmail delaying.
