I am designated as "Professional" and therefore would be subject to Exchange Fees if were I to subscribe to U.S. Equities Professional data. I am interested in BATS Exchange Real Time Data only - NOT NYSE, AMEX or NASDAQ data. Questions: 1. For a limit of 150 Real Time Symbols, my monthly cost would be: Service Package 3 at the rate I currently pay. + 25.00 USD for the Real Time Data Connection + 4.25 USD for BATS Data Is my understanding correct? 2. Would there be any additional fees, billed by an exchange or otherwise? 3. Which agreement will I need to sign? Thank you. |

1. Yes this is correct. We do not see a professional fee for BATS. Unless we are unaware of it. We are going to check on this. 2. We are not aware of this. 3.
