Bar time issue- multiple candles with same time

a few users are seeing multiple bars with same time on time axis. At first we thought it was the Time highlight study since removing it would help. But then the problem came back. Any suggestions? An example is attached below around 9:30 time frame. But we've seen this issue on tic charts and with and without Time highlight study Also the people having problems interface to Transact , those that do not don't have the problem. There can be a data feed time stamping issue causing the problem. So yes this can be data feed specific. Also that screenshot is illegible.
