This is my 3rd request without a proper response from you. Can I get my Denali ans service package billed on the 1st of the month so it matches with my CME billing. I'm sure you can prorate the billing in order to get this done

This is not supported and we cannot accommodate this.

The Sierra Chart Service Package does not automatically renew at the beginning of the month. It is according Sierra Chart Usage Time ending date.

so you cant change the date and pro-rate it. You were able to prorate things before

We can but it will gradually get out of sync again. And we are not going to do that for free. We can back up your usage time expiration date to the beginning of August. However, you will lose 19 days.

Or we could move it forward to the beginning of September and charge you for one third of the month.
