charts keep changing candles of the past while settings are the same

I have a big issue, every some days my chart keeps changing candles from the past, for example: take the weeks of January 2020, 15 days ago they are looking in a way, today they are totally different... and I am sure I have kept the same settings since I have noticed this problem a lot of time. First you are using Rithmic. We have discontinued support for Rithmic. Your service package provides no access to historical data from Sierra Chart services with Rithmic. So we cannot help with the data you are working with.
