I cannot download previous intraday data

Hi, I see gaps inthe previous days, I see data, when the Sierra was connected to the Data Feed, and when I try to download (Edit-Delete All Data And Download) the following command appears:Confirm Intraday Data Download for ESU0-CME starting 00:00:00. When I do OK, it downloads only the current day' data beginning 00:00:00 o'clock. in the Chart Settings window on the Date Range in File is to see the today's date, and I cannot change it.(Rithmic Trading) Current Service Packages:3. I tried the same by Market Stats and there is no problem to download previous data.

Update to Advanced Service Package 5 for historical data support for Rithmic (See instructions below). Also refer to the information here: Regarding Rithmic (Our Final Post on this Subject) ---- To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link. Or go to this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation You will need to login if you are not currently logged in. In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button. The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price. There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.
