the dom trade window is still showing open position and there is NONE

aaggh, yesterday I had to flatten my position in cme direct as SC froze(as per our tickets yesterday) and this morning logging on the open position is still there. Is there anything I can do other than reversing it here and flattening on cme platform. This is such a bloody stupid error in your platform. Why carry over yesterday's trades??? that makes zero sense, and it's annoying.

The cause of this is still unknown. And also, when we became aware of this issue, and the cause is still unknown and we suspect it might be related to an operating system issue but we are not totally sure at this point any longer about that, we did take immediate action on this to address it to the extent we could, and there is an update notice being given. You had not updated. So it is important to keep up-to-date.



There is nothing we can do about the TT position reporting. This is out of our control.
